Julie is a full-time Realtor, real estate investor, business owner, & mom. Her passion is real estate and she loves to work with buyers and sellers to guide them through the process of purchasing or selling a home. She understands that buying and selling a home is a big decision and loves helping people achieve their dreams! Before Julie moved into real estate full-time, she worked as a leader at a Fortune 100 company and then for a startup tech company. Julie started in real estate when she purchased her first home at age 22 and renovated it herself and then was able to sell it two years later and make a profit. She specializes in short term rentals (AirBnbs) and helps investors buy STRs in Austin and Central Texas.
